What do you really trust in when life gets uncertain?
Money? Stability? Yourself? Success? Comfort? In a world full of fear, pressure, and temporary satisfaction, Jesus invites us into a deeper kind of trust.
In God We Trust is a 3-week series through John 6 where we’ll discover what it looks like to trust God with our resources, our faith, and our deepest needs. From a boy’s lunch that fed thousands, to disciples facing storms in the middle of the sea, to Jesus declaring Himself the Bread of Life, this series reminds us that God is not only trustworthy—He is enough.
When we trust God fully, we learn to give freely, walk by faith boldly, and live completely satisfied in Him.
In God We Trust: Satisfied
Everyone is hungry for something-acceptance, purpose, peace, hope, love, meaning. The problem is we often try to satisfy eternal hunger with temporary things.
In John 6, Jesus declares that He is the Bread of Life, the only One who can truly satisfy the soul. This week, we’ll discover what it means to stop chasing temporary fulfillment and find lasting satisfaction in Jesus.
In God We Trust: Faith
Trusting God isn’t just something we say—it’s something we demonstrate through faith. When the disciples faced storms, uncertainty, and impossible circumstances, Jesus invited them to trust His direction, protection, and invitation.
This week, we’ll discover what it means to step out of the “boat” of comfort, control, and security and follow Jesus by faith—even when we don’t know the outcome.
In God We Trust: Give
We all trust something. For many people, trust is tied to money, control, or security. But in John 6, Jesus takes a small lunch from a boy and feeds thousands—showing us that what we have is already in God’s hands.
This week, we’ll discover what it means to trust God as our provider, give out of what we do have instead of what we wish we had, and believe that God can multiply what we surrender to Him.
